DISCOVER THE BOND BETWEEN
NURTURING INSTINCTS AND
UNEXPECTED CHOICES IN A
DREAM OF SHARED
COMPANIONSHIP.
︎Dream:
Basically I somehow got a dog ( I don't know what breed, but it was grey, had short, slightly curly fur, and had a build similar to a goldendoodle but wasn't a goldendoodle), I think I was in my dad's old computer shop, or some variation of that space, and other people were popping in to see the dog. For some reason, the dog was laying down (they were a girl dog), and it seemed like they were laying in a small pool of blood on a dog bed but for some reason I was unconcerned ( I think it may have been in estrus as I had found the dog randomly, I don't remember how or where, and I hadn't gotten in neutered yet.) It occurred to me that I couldn't take the dog home because my mom is afraid of dogs, and I also needed to figure out how I'd buy all the stuff it needs, the shots and vet visit it needs, etc. Then I meet this young girl and her father, and the young girl also really likes the dog, and I'm trying to figure out what to do with the dog because I want to keep her, but where would I keep her, and somehow, the dad and me start talking about sharing the dog? Like at first I was trying to ask if they could temporarily home her while I figure out where to keep her, and then the dad's like, we could share, so sometimes I'd have the dog and sometimes they'd have the dog and we'd split paying for her expenses, and I was bringing up signing a contract, because I'd gotten her chipped already (even though I don't even think I'd taken her to the vet yet??) and then suddenly the dad is Michael b Jordan, and then the dream ends abruptly in the middle of our conversation. The reason I was trying to share the dog instead of just letting it go with the girl and her dad was because the dog was sweet, smart, and easily able to follow commands and my dream self reasoned that I would probably never find a dog as great as this one.
